Game Description: Sega Genesis Classics is a series of compilations featuring Sega Genesis video games released for Microsoft Windows. The collections are split into “Volumes”, with the first four receiving both physical and digital releases and the fifth volume only being digitally released. [Cited: Wikipedia] Games played in this livesteam included the classic beat ’em up game Streets of Rage, another fantastic beat em up with a conan the barbarian style twist, Golden Axe, The very strange but interestingly simple Altered Beasts, the original blue speedster Sonic the Hedgehog, and finally the crazy and beautiful ninja action of Shinobi!

  1. I don’t know if you know this but this collection has some really great mods available on Steam. Not only can you get the typical mods of playing games as different characters (such as playing Streets of Rage 2 as the Ninja Turtles or Looney Tune characters) but there are also mods that will turn the game into a completely different Genesis game. For example you can get a mod for Streets of Rage 2 that turns it into Earthworm Jim or Street Fighter II: Championship Edition. These mod basically make the game into a Genesis emulator, with the only downside being that you can’t create a save for a modded game.

I never got past the factory stages of Shinobi III so it was cool to see that MechaGodzilla boss.

To answer your question about what video game would make a good TV Show, I always thought Crash Bandicoot would make a good character due to its memorable characters and sense of humor. I’m actually surprised it never happened back when Crash was huge in the late 90s.

In my opinion, Rob Schneider’s best movie was Demolition Man. Sure, he’s not in it for long but he has one of the funniest lines (“We’re police officers! We’re not trained to handle this level of violence!”)

I used to love How I Met Your Mother, but that final episode just killed the show for me to where I can’t go back to it.
