This Saturday morning, for the FINAL episode of 2022’s OCTOONBER celebration, Joseph and Chris watched the Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit, from 2005. This was suggested to us by Mike R! Thanks, Mike!
Wallace and his loyal dog, Gromit, set out to discover the mystery behind the garden sabotage that plagues their village and threatens the annual giant vegetable growing contest.

I’m happy to see that this is closing out OCTOONBER, and personally I think this is the best thing you guys covered this year. I’m also glad that this has introduced you guys to the greatness that is Wallace and Gromit
I don’t think I’m alone in considering Aardman the kings of stop-motion animation, and this movie just helps cement that.
I’m impressed at how they were about to take characters who have worked very well in shorter formats and were able to make a really well paced movie with them. I’m also surprised about how pretty much every joke landed, or at the very least got a chuckle out of me.
I hope you guys do check out the shorts, because they’re just like this, creative, funny, charming, and loads of fun.
One last thing I’ll say is, as someone whose owned two pet rabbits, yeah, they can be quite mean and aggressive unless you have them spayed or neutered.
