When you guys first mentioned you were doing this episode I was hoping that you guys would cover the baby episode, as it’s one of the more infamous episodes of this terrible series. So I’m very happy you guys got to know of the horror that is that baby’s design. Going back to your 6Teen review, I like to think that all those pictures that girl kept getting from the photobooth of what your baby will look like with someone else kept giving her pictures of babies that looked like this baby hedgehog.
I’m surprised that you guys said there was a debate as whether this is worse than Sonic X. To me it’s no contest, Sonic Underground is a much worse show. Sure, Sonic X is bad and Chris is the worst Sonic character ever created, but at least there was some effort in X to tie it to the games, like adapting some of the storylines. Sonic Underground feels like it was made to take advantage of Sonic Adventure, which was released around the same time of this cartoon, without any care put in at all. I can’t even think of a single redeeming quality, well, except for maybe one thing…..
Sorry guys but I disagree with you on the theme song, I actually like it. The animation during the intro is not great but I think the song actually sounds good, especially compared to all the awful songs in the actual episodes. Besides, if you want to see a much worse theme song that just serves as plot exposition, then you should see the intro to Hammerman (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2QmfE9Tjau0)
Y’know, I love to see a story where there’s a prophecy that the heroes are trying to fulfill only for it to turn out that the villain created that prophecy to manipulate the heroes and turn things in their favor.
I’m excited to hear your episode on the He-Man and She-ra Christmas special as that’s a guilty pleasure for me.
I’ll have to keep an eye on your let’s plays and horror podcast to see if guys do a game or horror movie I like.
