To answer your question: not Minot but the rest of the theory is correct; she is another character from the future
Before listening to this episode, I have a very limited experience with this series. I saw one episode of the show in it’s original French language (with subtitles, of course), but I felt it wasn’t really for me. I saw a collection of out of context clips that made the show seem kinda goofy, and I saw online that people were not happy about something that happened on the show, but since I didn’t really care about this show I didn’t pay attention to whatever it was that they were upset about.
However, after listening to you guys talk about these three episodes, especially that second one, you’ve actually piqued my interest in this show. The way you described Hawkmoth in that second episode kinda reminded me of Xanatos.
Maybe someday I’ll give this show another chance.
Definitely not for everybody, but we were definitely surprised by how competent it was!
Like I said, I only watched one episode, so I didn’t really give it much of a chance. That’s why I’m considering adding it to my list of shows I’d like to check out (which is admittedly a long list that also has MHA on it, so I didn’t listen to last weeks episode). Although, you may be happy to know I finally got around to watching a show you’ve recommended to me before, the She-Ra reboot, and I only have three more episodes left to watch.
