Why was the show moved to Patreon?
We decided to move the show to the large library of existing Patreon content once Rochelle received her license to add a slight buffer between her and any potential clients who may feel uncomfortable randomly stumbling across their therapist in a podcast. All pre-existing episodes can be found along with several episodes that were never publicly released.

Are the hosts mental health professionals?
At the time of recording, Rochelle was going to school for her MSW and is now a licensed therapist.

Are the hosts involved in any mental health programs?
Both Rochelle and Chris have have participated in local support groups through NAMI.
