Why have no new episodes been posted lately?
This show is currently on hiatus as Rochelle is working hard at her Master’s degree in Social Work, but she and Chris hope to find a way to create content again sometime in the near future.

Are the hosts mental health professionals?
Definitely not, and they will never claim to be. Rochelle and Chris are both individuals who have struggled with their own mental health and have chosen to share their own experiences and growth with others.

Are the hosts involved in any mental health programs?
Yes, both Rochelle and Chris have participated in local support groups through NAMI.

Can I send topics or questions to the show?
Absolutely, however the hosts would only be able to share what they know from personal experience on the topic, or from trying out a remedy/practice for themselves.
